2013 - Communication of crisis

What will you do tomorrow in your business in case of serious injury, death, social movement, pollution, various facts ...?

How do you react? How will you develop messages to internally, your customers, your suppliers, to the press?

How will you handle the emotion necessary to pass and needed to develop an emergency case?

This training provides general key for understanding the crisis communication tools with simple, effective, and easy to implement. It reminds the fundamental rules of interpersonal communication and media not to fall into the common pitfalls in case of crisis.

This training is both methodological and practical, and an invitation to understand what is expected of journalists, how to develop and deliver the message in a minimum time.

Practical exercises in the form of media training based on specific crises reinforce the communication skills of each participant.
